The Road to Pasta Perfection! 🛣️🍝
“What’s the secret behind this sensational pasta dish?” You might wonder. The secret lies in the careful balance of simple flavors and the right technique. “Oh, and did we mention love?” ❤️
When cooking the spaghetti, aim for al dente. This means the pasta should still have a bit of a bite to it – not too soft, not too hard, just right! This texture is the ideal match for our garlic and olive oil sauce. 🎯
As for the garlic, we’ll gently fry it in olive oil just until it’s golden and aromatic – any longer and it could become bitter. Timing is everything! ⏱️
